Hey, I’m Donisha the heart behind House N Order (HNO Professions). I started this journey with one goal: to help families feel seen, supported, and stronger. I know what it’s like to juggle life, healing, and responsibilities while trying to keep everything from falling apart. That’s why I created HNO to be the kind of support system I wish more of us had access to.
I’ve always believed that healing starts at home. Before I ever had a title or an office, I was just someone people came to when life got heavy. Whether it was helping a parent get their footing, walking with someone through court-ordered visitation, or just being a listening ear — I was there.
After years of working with families in social services, and seeing gaps in the system, I knew it was time to build something different. Something rooted in accountability, compassion, and real-life results.
That’s how House N Order was born — a space where structure meets support, and where families can reset without judgment.
